Hello, I’m 16 years old, they call me Muffin. My person got sick and after all these years he’s not with me anymore. I don’t understand what happened and really, right before turkey day? I still get around just fine but prefer to sit in your lap. If you are looking for a pup to lay by your side for the next little while please come get me, I’m muffin and I want my remaining days to be on a couch.
Echo is a female white German Shepherd dog approximately five years. She is a beautiful, very loving, good with other dogs people and children. She’s well mannered just need some love, she came in with her friend Ziva.
Cane is not yet available for adoption. He arrived at the shelter at two days old and had to have his leg amputated. Cane is a little fighter and now at five weeks he’s putting on weight. He’s a mastiff mix pup and will be adopted at ten weeks after medically cleared.

Folks, meet Jose, he came in with Margarita and is good with other dogs. He is a chihuahua mix and about seven years old. He is a great size. He is a bit temperamental but once he warms up to you he is fine. No kids.
Bella, a sweet, young pit mix found her way to the shelter as a stray. Very small, only about 50 lbs. Bella is very active and requires a fenced yard. She would be good with kids but does have a prey drive so needs someone who is attentive. Quiet and gentle in nature. No cats, fence required.
Stallone is a beautiful purebred small Rottweiler, he is about two years old. Stallone is a great all around dog with medium energy. He’s highly intelligent and does know his basic commands. Stallone gets along with most other dogs. Prefer older children. Fenced yard required.
These two adorable Yorkie/Corgi mix pups are a bonded pair. They are male and female litter mates. Munch and Taz found their way to the shelter when their owner had medical issues and could not care for the pups. Super cute! Stop by to meet Munch and Taz.
Patrick and Liam are two year old terriers. They are very active and must be adopted together. They were found as strays, running down the street and never claimed. They are a bonded pair. Terriers are terrific dogs with great energy but they can be a bit stubborn at time. We aren’t sure if these guys are potty trained, so you might have to do some training. You will love them forever!
Meet Lilly, she is a 3 yr. old German Short Hair Pointer. Lilly is great with kids and all animals, she walks on a leash and knows her commands. Lilly is fully housebroken and oh so sweet. Lilly has separation anxiety and will do best with an active family that is home more than away. You will want to go home with Lilly.
This dynamic duo was adopted last year but their owner passed away and they are looking for another home where they can stay together. They are eighteen months old and are very affectionate with people and each other. They would be happiest in a semi-active home with adults or older kids.
Gucci is a four and a half year old male Pomeranian. He gets along well with other dogs his size and has a great personality. Gucci has never been properly housebroken and needs proper and effective housebreaking training. i.e.. Crate, sufficient walks, positive reinforcement etc. Gucci is a smart dog and is willing to learn and please. If you have any patience and dog training knowledge there should be no problem at all. If you would like to meet Gucci stop by the shelter during normal business hours and say hi. Gucci would love to meet you. He is a very sweet dog.
Effy is a ten month old female Border Collie. She is super smart and ready to find a new forever home to start her life. Effy is a puppy and very playful with lots of energy. If you would like to open your home and heart to a very bright puppy who is eager to please then stop by the shelter and meet Effy.
Shaggy is a two year old male Retriever and Chow mix. He is a rather large dog so a younger active family would be best. Shaggy gets along with people and has a good disposition. He would probably do well as an only dog and in a home without cats. Shaggy came to the shelter after someone found him tied to a tree and abandoned. For a dog who has had a rough start to life Shaggy really is a nice dog with plenty of love to give.
