Matilda is a senior tabby girl who was surrendered to the shelter because her owner passed away and she had no place to go. She is declawed on her front paws and very sweet but she hides all the time even though she is in a room with no other cats. She is available for immediate Permanent Foster as well as adoption, because she needs to get out of the shelter ASAP and into a home again.
This beautiful healthy older calico girl is Renata, she is a very loving happy cat but she MUST be the only animal in your house. She will greet you at the door, cuddle with you at night, sit on your lap, tap you on the shoulder for treats, sit next to you while you eat in hopes of getting a bite too. She is one of the most loving cats I have ever known and so so sweet. However, she is possessive and wants you only to herself. She is very gentle with “her” human. Renata is in the permanent foster program so no cost – no vet fees!!
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE!! doesn’t someone have an empty nest?
Goldie is an 11 year old female who was rescued by Dogs & Cats Forever from a kill shelter on her last day before euthanasia in 2007. She has never been too comfortable with shelter life. Even though people were interested in her she shied away until we moved into the new building two weeks ago. Since moving into the new building she has become friendly with other cats and extremely happy. She’s available for permanent Foster and with the right home with middle-aged people and no other animals she would be just fine. She’s a very nice girl who needs a chance to prove that it’s never too late to find a home with the right people.
Great News! Goldie’s adoption fee has been paid by a Guardian Angel
Kuni is a spunky senior citizen who lived all her life in the same home. Her owner was trying to dump her at night on the shelter porch when she was discovered by shelter personnel. She is very sweet and loving and extremely well-adjusted under the circumstances. She has been checked out by a vet and is healthy. She is available for permanent foster or adoption.
Samantha is a sweet senior who came to the shelter because her owner is very ill. She is a polydactyl (extra toes) cat and has been a housecat all her life. She is available for permanent foster as well as adoption. She doesn’t want to live out her golden years in the shelter-she needs a home as soon as possible.
Ayla is a senior declawed black beauty who was surrendered because her owner was too ill to care for her. Ayla has been a pampered house cat all of her life and she is very sad at the shelter. Please consider adopting or fostering her on a permanent basis. She needs a quiet adult home.
