This is KoKo and I know you will fall in love with her because of her good looks. KoKo needs a family/person that will love her forever. In the 8 months of KoKo’s life she has never been walked on a leash. So now when she feels the leash around her neck, she just drops to the ground and refuses to walk. KoKo also has never been socialized, so when she sees people all she wants to do is run to a corner and hide. But with help from the volunteers at the shelter we have been working with KoKo. We are trying to make her feel she doesn’t need to be scared anymore. KoKo will need a family/person that will understand that with all that hair comes maintenance, and living in the Florida heat will need grooming. KoKo is still a puppy and so far she likes playing with other dogs. If you are interested in KoKo and have a dog(s) a meet and greet will need to be set up. Please send your application online.
Hi there, my name is Emma and I’m a Dalmatian mix, 7-8 years old. I’m a very good girl, but can be territorial with my food and other animals. I would be best as an only dog with older or no children. I love to run around so I need a fenced in yard. I’m very friendly and loyal. Ask to come meet me, and I’ll give you 101 reasons to take me home.
Hyacinth is such a sweetheart. Just by looking at her you would never know the pain this dog went through. Hyacinth came to the shelter as a stray, very skinny and her skin was in bad shape. What caught the shelter’s attention was her teeth were shaved down. Hyacinth had scars all over her face and some on her body. She was being used as a bait dog. As bad as that sounds, she was still willing to give everyone at the shelter love as soon as she met them.
Hyacinth will make a great family dog. She is good with kids and adults. Due to her past life, living with other dogs will not be possible. She loves toys, such as her Giggle ball, and she absolutely loves to eat. Hyacinth will need adopters who will spend time with her, and show her what it means to be a house dog. If your interested in adopting or fostering Hyacinth contact the shelter. She deserves the chance to know what a home feels like.
Sibbie is a young ex-momma cat who needs quiet adult home. She is very calm and sweet but she is timid in new situations so she needs a family who will be patient with her. Sibbie has the potential to be a loving housecat with the right family willing to give her lots of TLC.
Great news! Sibbie’s adoption fee has been paid by her Guardian Angel
