Mimi

Mimi is an eight year old female Boxer and Beagle Mix. She is very high energy and loves to run around. A fenced in yard would be a bonus but lots of walks and exercise on a leash could also suffice. Mimi knows basic commands such as sit and stay. She is also house broken. She gets along with other dogs, kids but likes to bark and chase cats.  Mimi likes to swim and play in the pool.

Baba

IMG_9787

Baba is a male Pit Bull Terrier and is about six years old. Baba is shy and afraid in the shelter.  Baba would do well with a fenced in yard and a home with no small children or other pets. Baba has been working with a dog trainer while at the shelter and is learning to walk nicely on a leash.  He is such a love and it’s time that he find his forever family.

Bane

Koi_Bane1Update: Bane has been adopted.

Bane is a ten month old Jack Russell mix male. He gets along well with dogs his size and is full of energy. He is looking for an active home with a job to do. If you want a dog who you can teach a load of tricks to Bane is for you. A little patience and repetition you can probably teach this dog to make a sandwich and bring you a drink.

Nova

NovaHere is Nova. Nova is a four year old German Shepherd and Terrier mix spayed female. She loves to run so a fenced in yard or lots of walks on a leash would be a great fit for this loyal companion. Nova is very independent but once she warms and trusts you she is a very loving and affectionate dog that would make an incredible addition to any family. Nova likes to be the center of attention and doesn’t want to share the spot light. Not to worry though, she brings plenty of love and loyalty to the table. She likes to sleep in too, so if you’re not a morning person, neither is Nova. In fact she’d love to meet you.

Zeus

Zeus1Update: Zeus has been adopted!

Zeus is a four year old neutered male Rottweiler. Zeus comes to us from Broward Country where he was neglected and malnourished. Zeus is feeling better these days and has a clean bill of health. He is high energy and needs lots of exercise and attention. No cats or other dogs in the home as he is a bit of an attention craver. With a little trust, time and training Zeus will be an excellent forever friend.
