Grayson

Grayson is an FIV positive boy who needs a home as an only cat. He is extremely friendly with people

What a difference 2 years can make. When Grayson left the shelter 2 years ago, he was a handsome somewhat chunky middle-aged boy and happy to be going to a home! Sadly his owner did not care for him properly and left him outside. When he returned to us a few months ago after being found in a colony of feral cats, we did not recognize him. Only the microchip and the little freckle in his right eye told us who he was.

Even worse, he contracted FIV while living outside. Grayson loves people and is very friendly but he absolutely refuses to get along with any other cats, especially after his time on the streets. A recent vet visit confirmed that Grayson is in good health. He is about 9 years old now and needs to be in a single cat home where he will be pampered and loved, this time around. Great news! Grayson’s guardian angel has paid his adoption fee.

Roberta

I was adopted as a kitten but returned my family got another cat. I would love a quiet home with adults as soon as possible

The name Roberta means “bright famous one”, and I’d like to be the star of your family. I like to show off for my human visitors and I’m a sucker for being pet. So how did a girl like me end up in a shelter? Well, I was adopted as a kitten; when I was young, super cute and everyone wanted me. Fast forward five years, my family got a new cat and decided that they didn’t want me anymore. But that’s okay because everything happens for a reason – including the fact that you are reading this!

I like other cats and I hope to find the forever family that every feline deserves to have in their life. If you think you could give just that to me, please stop by the shelter and tell them Roberta sent you! My adoption fee has already been paid by my guardian angel.

Jessie

Jesse is a beautiful black smoke girl who needs a calm adult home

I’m a gorgeous 5 year old girl with a black smoke coat with a white undercoat. I’ve been a housecat my whole life but I need a quiet home to be happy. I prefer being an only pet and an adult home. I’m very sweet and loving and I hope that you give me a chance.

Buckaroo

Buckaroo is a handsome middle-aged boy who spent much of his life outside. Although he tested positive for FIV, he is in excellent health and has adapted well to indoor living. He is quite a talker and loves to tell his life story to anyone who will listen. He gets along with other cats and would be a great companion in a semi-active home. Mama Mia

mama miaI’m Mama Mia. For many years, I was afraid to let people pet me. I used to hide whenever they looked in my direction. Then I saw how much my roommates seemed to like it-so I thought “Why not?”. I found out that I really really like it!

I would love to go to a real home and get petted every day. When you meet me, I’ll tell you my life story.

Gabby

Gabby is a middle-aged girl who would be perfect for someone who would like a challenge. She was found abandoned in Tradition years ago and truly does not like other cats. As one might imagine, a shelter with 120+ other cats is the last place Gabby wants to be. It has been impossible to show her true personality because of her dislike for the other cats around her at the shelter, but we feel that out of the shelter where she is the only cat, she would be quite receptive to living with adults in a calm home. She is not a feral cat but merely a cat who lives in this situation which she does not like.

Tallulah

The first thing you’ll notice about ten year old Tallulah is her gorgeous coat. Like any royal figure, she’s always dressed for the occasion. When she isn’t busy showing off, Tallulah loves endless affection from her human. Her adoption fee has already been paid by her guardian angel, and she is also eligible for permanent foster. If you’ve got a quiet home with or without other cats – she just might make it her castle.
