Dorothy

Update: Dorothy has been adopted.

Dorothy is about a three to four year old female Terrier mix. She was a stray that was found on the side of the road. She would love to find a forever home. Stop by the shelter and meet her. Dorothy1

  1. I would like to know if the dog named Dorothy is still available for adoption? I am a 56year old married man who a little over a year ago was diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer I’ve been looking for a small sized dog for a while now and she looked like she would be right at home with us.I am retired ,so she would be my companion. My last dog passed away about ayear ago,his name was taz .A Pomeranian that we loved and enjoyed for over 12 years.

    • Michael,
Dorothy isn’t available for adoption until 5/16/2013 since she was a stray and we have to keep the dog until that date. I can tell you that there is an application on the dog already, but I would encourage you to come to the shelter and fill out an application and if the first applicants for whatever reason fall through you can be the next in line.

      Respectfully,

  3. We were out at the fund raiser yesterday. We didn’t see Dorothy. Is she still there and available? The day was a marvelous event. Hope it was a success for Dogs and Cats Forever.
