Marley is a Silky Yorkie born around 2020 who has been at Dogs and Cats Forever since October 2026.
With his adorable expressions, this little boy has so much personality to share once he feels safe. Marley is skittish and needs time to learn to trust. Slow introductions, gentle movements, and patience are especially important at first. Once he gets to know and trust his people, he fully opens up, showing his sweet, loving side. He enjoys sitting on a trusted person’s lap and walks nicely on a leash.
Marley needs a calm, quiet, adults-only household where he can be the only dog. He would feel most comfortable with a small circle of familiar people and without frequent handling by people he doesn’t know. His ideal family will respect his boundaries and let him build a bond at his own pace.
