I’m Spice,and my sister, Sugar and I are a 10 month old bonded pair who have stayed together and loved each other despite all odds. When we arrived at the shelter in January,2026, it was determined that Sugar had a severe heart murmur and needed surgery. While she waited for her surgery, there were many opportunities for me to be adopted-as I am super friendly. but our caregivers at the shelter could tell that we need each other to be happy. Finally, a kind person donated the money for Sugar to have her surgery and it was a great success. She will have a normal life to play and run just like me. We didn’t forget each other while we were apart, during her recovery, and now that we are back together again, we are happier than ever.
