Leah

Leah is a 3 year old lab/blue heeler mix. She is a little shy at first but is a really sweet girl. She loves to swim. Leah likes other dogs and will need an adult home. She is pretty good at jumping fences so she will need someone who has time to walk her and/or supervise her in a yard. Her brother Luke is also available for adoption.

Ezra

Ezra is a 1 year old shepherd mix. Her rescue situation causes her to be untrusting and scared of new people. She needs an experienced, adult-only home that will take the time to get to know her to see that she is a great dog. She is a very active and will require a fenced-in yard. She is dog selective and her opinion on cats is unknown.

Frost

Frost is a 1 1/2 year old male terrier mix. It might take him a little bit to get used to you, but he is silly and full of spunk. He needs an adult-only home, but would do great with other dogs. He does not have to be adopted with his roommate Crystal, but would love to be if that is possible.

Coco & Dobie

Coco (tan female) & Dobie (black/brown male) are 13 year old chihuahua mixes. Coco is calm and gentle, while Dobie still has a bit of spunk. They are a bonded pair and must go to a home together; they are available for adoption or foster. They like other small dogs, but don’t like big dogs. They are looking for a quiet, adult home.

Sammi

Sammi is a 4 year old female chihuahua. She came from a 200+ dog hoarding situation, so she had very little human contact before coming to the shelter. She would love a patient adult-only home, maybe even with a dog brother/sister. She just needs time and understanding so she can learn that humans are good.

Gilly

Gilly (tan, right) is a 6 year old female chihuahua. She came from a 200+ dog hoarding situation, so she never got to interact with people very much. She needs someone to take the time to let her warm up to them, and show her that humans can be great. She does great with other dogs but would like a home that has no children.

Ginger

Ginger is a 4 year old female terrier mix. She came from a 200+ dog hoarding situation, so she never had much of a chance to socialize with humans. For that reason, she is waiting for someone who is patient with shy dogs like herself and will take the time to show her how loving people can be. She does great with other dogs and would do best in an adult-only home.

Princess

Princess2

Princess is a seven and a half year old female Shepherd and Rottweiler mix. She found her way into the shelter when you home was foreclosed on and her owners were forced to move where pets are not allowed. Princess is a little nervous at first but warms up once she gets to know you. She would do well in a home without small children or cats. If you would like to meet princess stop by the shelter and say hi. Princess would love to meet you.

Honey

HONEY1

Honey is a five and a half year old female Scottie Mix. She is very particular about the people she allows to get close to her. Once she trusts you she is very affectionate. Honey would do best as an only pet without any children in the house. If you are looking for a new forever friend Honey may be the dog for you.

Dre

Dre1Dre is almost a five and a half year old male Pit Bull Terrier. Once he gets to know you he is very friendly and lovable. He would do good in a dog only home without other pets, cats or very small children. Dre knows his basic commands such as down and sit. He can even shake your hand. If you’re looking for a very hearty dog with a lots of heart Dre may be the dog for you.

Dre2

Yin

YinYin is the other half of Yang whom has already been adopted. Yin is a six year old female American Bulldog and Hound Mix. She would do well in an adult home with no other pets. If you are looking for a new best friend, stop by the shelter during business hours and say hello to Yin. She would love to meet you.
